Our beautiful 16 year old cat Bella passed away suddenly at home Wednesday evening, We took them to Springfield first thing Thursday morning, and I’m so happy that she is home with us so quickly (Friday) I didn’t want to take and leave her at the vets, after previous experience with my late Dog that left me more upset with waiting weeks and having to call to chase, and then collecting their ashes in a busy waiting room with no personal touch, I felt like I’d let my dog down. I found Springfield online and I won’t be taking my other animals anywhere else (but hopefully no time soon!), the staff are lovely and we got to spend time with and say goodbye to Bella in such a beautiful room, she looked so peaceful and cosy on the bed beneath the rainbow that it helped so much with leaving her there and we actually felt happiness to collect her knowing she was looked after with love and we had done right by her, as she deserved the best send off for all her years being there for us. Thank you so much to everyone at Springfield for everything 😻

Such lovely people who took great care of our beloved cat Jack. They were absolutely amazing so compassionate and understanding. I would highly recommend them.

I emailed them at 11pm on Monday night, they replied 9am Tuesday morning. Lisa picked up my cat on Tuesday afternoon, and had her back to me Wednesday afternoon. The paw and nose print items are beautiful. I also asked for fur clippings, just expecting them to be in an envelope or something, but instead they put them in a glass bottle, with my cat’s name in beads around the top of it. Even the way her fur was arranged in the bottle was so thoughtful, white then black, like how she was. They also included a lovely card, poem, candle and wildflower seeds to plant in her memory. I would definitely choose this company if you want beautiful keepsakes, and your beloved pet back quickly.

I can wholeheartedly say that rescuing our beautiful lurcher Ruby was one of the best decisions we have ever made but choosing to use Springfield pet cremation to take care of her final journey was also another one, from that initial phone call I felt their true compassion,support and understanding, Martin, Lisa & Jackie truly are amazing people. We lost our darling boy Stardog due to him stepping out into the road after being told so many times to be careful. We called Lisa the morning of his passing and she provided the care and support we needed during this extremely difficult and heart breaking time for us. She made sure that we were able to give him a final kiss and cuddle by laying him out so carefully for us, this was the best gift anyone could’ve given us at that time and we will be forever grateful for that time we were given with him. We picked him up today so he can rest at home with us. He also has 2 best friends at home who miss him dearly and we are now all back together again. Thank you Lisa for your care and kindness in making the most heartbreaking time a little more bearable for a family who will miss our king everyday. Losing my beloved cat, Pistol, was one of the hardest experiences of my life. From the moment I contacted your team, you treated both me and him with such kindness, compassion, and respect. Everything was handled with great care, and I never felt rushed. Being able to bring Pistol’s ashes back home means more to me than I can put into words. It has given me great comfort during such a heartbreaking time. Thank you for treating him with the dignity he deserved and for helping me say goodbye in the most peaceful way possible. After suddenly loosing my boy Blue and never being prepared for this situation I honestly can’t thankyou enough. Jackie phoned me straight away after the worst night of our lifes and said she would personally travel to rugby vets and pick up Blue for us. We asked if we could come over and that evening we travelled over with Blues brother to say good bye in there beautiful viewing room and gave us all the time we needed. The location and premises was beautiful and we felt like it was the perfect place for Blue. You were both so kind and understanding and I’m very grateful for the opportunity to bring Bhodi over and to say one last good bye. Thankyou Natalie xxx

I recently lost my beautiful cat Willow after 19 wonderful years, and Springfield Pet Cremation took care of her with such compassion. From my first phone call with Lisa, I felt supported — she showed genuine empathy and explained everything clearly. She collected Willow with great care and kept me updated throughout. The ashes and memorial pieces Lisa and her team put together were thoughtful, beautiful, and handled with such respect. Receiving Willow back was emotional, but their kindness made a difficult time a little easier. I can’t recommend Springfield Pet Cremation enough. Can’t really express just how compassionate and caring these people are , sadly had to use them over the weekend and from the very first time I contacted them they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Both Lisa and Martin were lovely. Would definitely recommend them .

I cannot explain how wonderful the experience with this company has been. We had an extremely difficult time losing our kitty and Lisa was so kind, compassionate and patient with us. We received the most beautiful ink print frame of our little Chester’s paw prints and a beautiful little jar with a clipping of his fur inside. It gives me peace knowing Chester was looked after by such lovely people. Not only that but they hand-wrote us a beautiful card. We appreciate everything Lisa has done for us, how quick she was to be of help and how much she valued ensuring someone is left with beautiful memories of their pet. I believe this is such a wonderful business with just as wonderful people running it and I thank them so dearly for everything 💖💖

Thank you for your lovely caring service on July 2nd and 3rd, looking after the last journey of my beautiful and special black cat Flo, who had an eventful and very determined 21 years of life. I appreciated the compassion and sensitivity of all of the people I dealt with – James who came to collect Flo, Mike on the phone and Clint who brought her back.Thank you too for liaising with the good folks at Petsrelaxed vets in terms of appropriate and kind timing. I really valued the thoughtful questions which you asked me and for providing the biodegradable tube of ashes which means Flo can be part of the garden she loved to sit and bask in the sun during her later years. Our beautiful girl Bonnie was put to sleep 30/06/26. We made sure we could have her ashes ready to take home the same day. Lisa has been wonderful, and we knew we could trust her to look after our special girl. The farewell room is so lovely and made saying goodbye much calmer. Bonnie’s urn is stunning, and her fur clippings are displayed beautifully in little glass bottles with her name on ribbon. We also had 3 clay paw prints and even a special request of her nose print was honoured. Bonnie’s metal plate and screws from when she broke her leg were carefully returned to us, too. We are all so grateful for the support from Springfield and we are amazed at the care and genuine compassion from Lisa. Thank you for making this awful time for us just that slight bit easier. A very highly recommended service for anyone who adores their pets. We have two other dogs, and will definitely be returning to Springfield when the time comes (not too soon). Thank you again ❤️

Losing my boy, Hugo, is the worst pain I have ever experienced but I knew I had chosen the right people to care for him during and after his passing. They organised the vet for me so my boy could pass at home, came to collect my boy after we had spent time with him once he had crossed rainbow bridge, checked up on me by phone and kept me informed about the whole process before returning him to me 2 days later. The staff, especially Lisa and Jacquie (I didn’t meet Martin) were absolutely wonderful and put me and my family and ease. They were so gentle and patient and them telling me how beautiful my boy was is something I will always remember as he was the most beautiful, perfect boy. I can’t recommend them highly enough and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart xx

Star my son’s beloved dog, sadly passed away in the early hours of 21 June, we were devastated. I called the crematorium at 2am and spoke with Lisa, who was incredibly kind, understanding and sympathetic at such a difficult time. Lisa and Martin came early that morning to collect Star and handled everything with the utmost compassion, dignity and respect. Their care and professionalism made an incredibly hard situation a little easier to bear. As a family we are so glad we found this wonderful company. When going through such a difficult time after loosing our beloved pet arranging their cremation can be very upsetting and stressful, however this wasn’t the case. We were showed care and compassion from the first moment we contacted the team, we were kept up to date throughout the process, they were there to answer any questions we had as this was all new to us. Honestly cannot recommend them enough. We feel at peace knowing our pet received the best send off. The keepsakes they sell are lovely, such unique pieces, very reasonably priced, the added touches such as the pet fur keepsake and sorry for your loss card was just the perfect gift. Big Thank you for your service, you should be proud of your hard work!! Cannot thank Lisa, Jackie and Martin for their wonderful service after a week fom hell for us. Our little grand doggy Ted passed on the bank holiday Monday and we hadn’t got a clue what to do. Found Springfield pet cremation online, Lisa said she would stay open for us as it was late afternoon. The room we entered had a beautiful rainbow on the wall and Lisa had placed a bed under it for us to put Ted on, there was lite candles and soothing music, Lisa gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. We went 2 days later to pick up Ted’s ashes, the little touches were amazing. I then asked if they could pick my dog Maya up from the vets as she had taken a turn for the worst, this is where we got to meet Martin and Jackie. These 3 beautiful soles offer an amazing service and the dignity and compassion they showed us and our pets was amazing, can’t thank them enough and will 100% recommend

Springfield Pet Cremation helped my husband and me through one of the hardest decisions of our lives. After Buddy was put to sleep at home, Lisa and Martin collected him with such dignity, care, and compassion. They gently carried him to their vehicle and took him to the crematorium, giving us complete confidence that he was in the very best hands. Today, we collected Buddy’s ashes and were deeply touched by the care that had gone into every detail. Buddy had been given his own bespoke farewell. His paw prints had been carefully taken, a small lock of his fur was preserved in a little jar, and his ashes were presented in a beautiful container. The surroundings at Springfield Pet Cremation are stunning. The building itself is bright, cheerful, spotless, and tastefully decorated. It feels welcoming and peaceful rather than daunting at such an emotional time. The beautiful card, kind words, thoughtful poem, candle, and packet of wildflower seeds meant so much to us and brought great comfort. Paul and I will always be grateful to Lisa and Martin. They treated Buddy with the love, respect, and compassion he deserved, and we take comfort in knowing that we left him in such kind and caring hands. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I can’t thank Lisa and Jacqui enough for how they supported me through such a traumatic ordeal. They treated Frankie with all the love and care she deserved on her final journey. After 16 wonderful years with my little girl I was devastated to say goodbye. The ladies at Springfield really made the situation so calm and uncomplicated, creating a keepsake of her fur and the engraving on her urn where lovely touches and then I read the poem….. I really can’t explain how special these ladies are.

I can’t thank Jacqui enough for looking after my beautiful Lola. I was initially going to use the vets cremation service then I remembered that I’d contacted Springfield in the past about my sons cat but my son had then decided he wanted to lay her to rest in our garden. I called the emergency vets on Wednesday where Lola had been since the Sunday expecting them to say she had already gone to there crematorium ( a place in Cheshire) and to my shock she was still at the vets! I then called Springfield who arranged for Lola to be collected on the same day (within a 2 hours) I’ve been kept informed all the way through and Lola was back home within a few days. I know all the staff are lovely. They actually care about our beautiful pets and the personal service I received made a tough time a little easier knowing my beautiful girl was being cared for and not sat at the vets until next collection! I would also like to add that the prices are actually cheaper than the vets cremation place. Thank you Jacqui xx

Losing Honey so suddenly was heartbreaking, and although she was old it all happened so fast. When I contacted Springfields, I was still in shock and honestly didn’t really know what I was doing. The lady who helped us, I believe her name was Lisa, was amazing from start to finish. I didn’t know what to expect, but when she came to collect Honey from our home, she treated her with such love and dignity, as though she was simply asleep and still with us. The way she carried her to the car and gently placed her in the bed to take her away was so caring and respectful. In that moment, I knew I had made the right choice. The cremation was completed very quickly and Honey’s ashes were ready to collect the next day, although I picked them up a few days later. We also chose to have her paw print imprinted in clay and it is absolutely beautiful. The little touches included with her ashes — the candle, poems and card — felt incredibly thoughtful and special. Lisa also kindly did ink imprints of Honey’s nose and paw for me so I can have them engraved onto a necklace. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m so grateful for the love, care and compassion they showed throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with such efficiency and kindness, and at a very reasonable price. I would 100% recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a beloved pet. We’ve since bought a rose called “Honey Bun Rose” and plan to scatter Honey’s ashes when we plant it in the garden, so she’ll always be close to us.

We recently lost our fur baby Tilly. Martin came to collect her and was very caring. Returning her to us with some of the fur, framed paw print and a lovely card. If your looking for anyone to look after your fur babies I highly recommend Springfield xx

Having just said a tearful goodbye to our wonderful dog ,Sealea, a friend we had had for 14 years; I thought I could not bear going with her to the place we had chosen for her cremation. My wife and her daughter had already been to prepare the way with Lisa at Springfield Pet Cremation and had assured me that Sealea would be treated with respect and care. How right they were.. The whole experience was comforting, reassuring and highly professional. We were treated with kindness, patience and sensitivity, every question ,however seemingly small, was answered calmly and clearly. Our reservations about giving our beloved pet to a stranger for her final journey disappeared. It requires particular ,and rare skills , to deal with the emotions of a heartbroken family as their pet leaves them, Lisa ,Jacqui and Martin at Springfield demonstrated the perfect way to achieve this. Sealea could, literally , not have been in better hands.

Having to make the decision to say goodbye to my beautiful cat Sparky was the hardest decision I have ever had to make. I know in my heart it was the kindest decision. Springfield Pet Cremation were so amazing, making the next step of saying goodbye easier, so professional and thoughtful. The little touches were heartwarming, Sparky’s paw prints, his beautiful fur a lovely candle. I really can’t thank you enough for everything you have done. Sparky now sits pride of place on the fire place. I highly recommend your services to all those mommies and daddies that have to say goodbye and good night to their furbabies.

Our beautiful boy, Hunter, sadly passed away just over a week ago. We were completely grief stricken with his loss but Lisa and Martin showed us so much kindness, patience and understanding that really helped guide us through a truly tough time. They let us take our time to say goodbye in a private, peaceful room and allowed us to be there for the beginning of his cremation. When we came to collect Hunter’s ashes, they provided us with some keepsakes to treasure as well as a lovely card. We could not be more grateful for their compassion and professionalism. We will miss Hunter every single day but we are so thankful to Lisa and Martin for giving him the final goodbye he deserved.

I could not recommend Springfield enough. From the moment I had to make that call, they treated us like family. Our wonderful Sausage passed yesterday. I wasn’t keen on sending her to be cremated miles and miles away, so I was thrilled when we found a crematorium just down the road. I spoke with Lisa throughout and she was amazing from the get go, but am aware that she is one of a small team working there. It’s clear that everyone there is working very hard towards making such a difficult time more bearable to pet owners. From beginning to end, the experience was respectful, highly compassionate and smooth running, which is great considering the state we were in. I was able to call them yesterday morning and we were able to drive my beautiful 20 year old queen to Springfield that same day in the early afternoon. We were able to collect her today before 5pm, which not only helps with closure for us, but is thoroughly impressive for Easter weekend. The crematorium reception room is lovely and is set up to allow owners to say their last goodbyes in a calm and very fitting setting. Lisa allowed us as much time as we needed and we never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I appreciated brilliant level of detail, including gentle music and the aroma diffuser, which helped to mellow the situation, and the layout of the room and thoughtful touches on drop off and pickup. Ed and I would like to thank Lisa (and the whole team at Springfield) for making a very difficult couple of days more bearable.

My dog Barkley was my best and most loyal friend. When his days were coming to an end the last thing I wanted was for him to be put to sleep in a cold veterinary clinic room. Whilst looking into having this done at home we came across Springfield, after speaking with Lisa we decided to have it done at Springfield. We took Barkley there where they had a field for him to take his last walk in. We then went in where their vet Daniel (who was also exceptional) was waiting. Daniel helped Barkley pass away in a warm and loving environment with his family around him. I can’t praise Martin and Lisa enough. At no point were we rushed and Barkley was graced with the dignity he deserved. All of Barkley’s family wish to thank you for everything you did. We are eternally grateful that we discovered Springfield.

Our beloved cat Lilly’s time had come after nearly 21 years . Not really knowing what to do next we picked out Springfield on a google search for pet cremations . We are so glad we did . Even though it was a Sunday when Lilly passed , everyone we dealt with were brilliant at every step and left us in doubt that Lilly was shown dignity and respect on her final journey . The little personal touches such as the handwritten card meant so much to us and provided us with much needed comfort at a difficult time . Saying goodbye to your pet is never easy but the service Springfield provided meant we had no concerns , I can’t recommend them highly enough

Losing Archie at such a young age left us distraught. After previous poor experiences with vets, we wanted a more personal farewell for him. From our very first call, Springfield Pet Cremation acted with incredible speed, collecting him within hours. Our sincere thanks to Martin, Lisa, and Jacqui for treating Archie with such profound respect and care. I recommend them 100%; they provided a dignified, professional service full of the kindness we needed during this difficult time.

our beautiful boy jasper sadly has to pass the rainbow bridge on the 25th of february and me and my mom was trying to find the best place for him to be cremated and this lovely crematorium came up and straight away looking at reviews we was definitely going to go with them they got jasper the same day from the vets he passed away at and he was lovely taken care of by martin to be brought to the crematorium and all throughout we got updated with all that was happening with our boy we got him back 2 days later with a lovely card and a candle and we paid for him to have a clay print done also which was so beautiful and just the littlest things make a difference. We are so happy with the service provided and how much they did for us to get through a hard time, 100% recommend such lovely and genuine people who do really care about their jobs!

As we are new to the UK, we didn’t have experience about pet funeral services here, I am incredibly grateful to have found Springfield Pet Cremation for my dog. When my dog’s health suddenly took a turn for the worse and we had to have him put to sleep late at night, Lisa was so kind. She arranged to collect him the very next morning. The cremation took place that same day, and we were able to have his ashes back by the following morning. We were so relieved to have him back home so quickly, especially after the vet mentioned a potential 10–14 day wait. Throughout the process, Lisa was exceptionally kind and caring. It meant so much to be able to say a final goodbye knowing he had been treated with such respect. Thank you again, Lisa. You provided a huge sense of relief during such a sudden and difficult loss for our family

My beautiful Roxi passed last Saturday. I tried to find somewhere to take her by Monday I was in bits. Then I found Springfield, they are so caring and compassionate a lovely lady Jackie came and picked her up and they returned her to me today. I will be recommending them to friends and family and I won’t use anyone else to look after one of my dogs when the time comes.

We was our wits end knowing that our little dogs life was coming to an end. Not having very good personnel experiences with the vets, we felt we wanted something more personal. Wow was I impressed with the love and care from the very first phone call. I would 100%recommend Springfield for their love care and attention to detail. At your lowest saddest time losing a pet, I felt they helped us thru a very sad time. Thank you so much

My baby Bailey gained his wings on the 10th of January this year, I was messed around by a nationwide company and through my tears, grief and worry, I discovered Springfield Pet Cremation Services, as soon as I saw the website, the tributes, the reason the business was started I knew this had to be the people to take my baby on his final journey, I called at around 10.30 am, Lisa and Jacqui were with me within an hour, as soon as they arrived I felt safe, and knew Bailey was going to be in the best hands. Bailey was bought back home today 48 hours later in a beautiful scatter tube, with the most adorable little touches from the pawprint bag, the little dog shaped paperclip the beautiful poem on the back of the business card, a packet of wild flowers, a certificate of Cremation and a beautiful little candle! I cuddled him so hard when he came back and again I am so thankful for these angels and the card from Martin, Lisa and Jacqui was so heartfelt thank you so much, please let your pet be cared for by these beautiful souls 💜

After having a devastating loss with our Newfoundland cross Florence who suddenly passed in the early hours of Sunday morning I want to say how fantastic springfield pet cremation have been from the first call to Lisa and them turning up to lovingly remove from our house how professional and caring Lisa and martin were to the fantastic little touches in bringing back the ashes of our very big girl it is devastating but they have made a terrible situation special to us thank you martin Lisa and Jacqui
