Our pets bring so much joy into our lives. With an unconditional love that makes saying goodbye so hard. We understand that the loss of a beloved companion often takes the same importance as losing any other family member. We offer our services because, sadly, we have been through this difficult time.

Springfield Pet Cremation are a brand new crematorium, established in November 2024. We have lovingly created purpose-built facilities within our home grounds at Springfield Croft. We hold a Defra licence and can care for all types of beloved companions. 

Based in the countryside just on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Knowle, Solihull, we are an independent, family-owned business. Our surroundings provide the peace of mind needed at this difficult time of bereavement.

Here at Springfield Pet Cremation, we understand that every pet is an individual. That is why we only believe in and offer individual cremation. We specialise in an honest, dignified, prompt and reliable service.

Collection is free from an address of your choice. If within a 10-mile radius of Knowle or, if you have had to make the difficult decision at your vet’s, we will be there for you too. 

Our wishes are for your companion to be returned home to you as soon as possible. That is why we say our aim is to carry out the cremation service within 24 hours of arrival. However, depending on the individual situation, we may be able to offer the same day.
