We understand that the loss of a beloved companion often takes the same importance as losing any other family member. We offer our services because sadly we have been through this difficult time.

We are a brand new crematorium, established in November 2024, we have lovingly created purpose built facilities within our home grounds at Springfield Croft, we hold a Defra licence and can care for all types of beloved companions, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Based in the countryside just on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Knowle, Solihull, we are an independent, family-owned business, our surroundings provide the peace of mind needed at this difficult time of bereavement.

Here at Springfield Pet Cremation, we understand that every pet is an individual and that is why we only believe in and offer individual cremation, we specialise in an honest, dignified, prompt and reliable service.

Collection is free from an address of your choice or, if you have had to make the difficult decision at your vets, we will be there for you. Our wishes are for your companion to be returned back home to you as soon as possible, that is why we say our aim is to cremate within 24hrs of arrival, however depending on the individual situation we may be able to offer same day.
